The floor manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, and reports directly to the Restaurant Director. The floor manager oversees the front-of-house restaurant staff including servers and all Support Staff. The floor Manager ensures the client receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly. The floor Manager is also involved in recruiting his team and carrying out administrative tasks. The floor manager is ultimately someone looking to make the difference in the life of the Restaurant, and ultimately contributing to its success. Leads by example, understands the dynamics of the F&B's complexed Business, and willing to learn and being mentored.
