Job Description

Established in 1984, Anatoli Souvlaki is a premier, family-run institution in North Vancouver’s Lower Lonsdale district.

We are dedicated to providing an elevated yet authentic Greek dining experience, blending traditional Mediterranean flavours with modern hospitality. We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Bartender to join our front-of-house team. If you know your cocktails, bring high energy to every shift, and take pride in delivering a great guest experience, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Craft & Serve: Prepare and serve a wide range of handcrafted cocktails, wines, and craft beers with precision.
• Guest Connection: Greet guests warmly, share our passion for Greek culture, and provide expert recommendations on both drinks and food.
• Energy & Flow: Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—especially during our legendary dinner rushes and weekend service.
• Bar Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station while following all B.C. liquor regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ years of bartending or high-level serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Certifications: Valid Serving It Right certification is required.
• Attributes: A positive attitude, a team-player mindset, and the ability to "bring the buzz" to our dining room.
• Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays.
