Catering Manager – Knead Bakeshop
Part-time or Full-time | Flexible Hours
Knead Bakeshop is growing—and we’re looking for someone to lead and build our catering business. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts people-person and doer—someone who can sell, build relationships, and jump in to make things happen when needed.
What You’ll Do
• Grow our catering business through outreach, networking, and inbound leads
• Manage client relationships from first inquiry to delivery
• Help clients choose menus and create a great experience
• Coordinate with our kitchen team to ensure smooth execution
• Support packing, organizing, and delivering orders when needed
- work with ownership on catering offerings
What We’re Looking For
• Outgoing, personable, and confident talking to clients
• Someone who enjoys selling and building something from the ground up
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or a bakery environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
