Job Description

The Shore is full of places to get your sugar fix, Knead adds that special touch that turns a simple dessert into an experience. Opened in 2024 by the team behind Black Kettle Brewing, we offer fresh espresso and tasty baked goods, especially our croissants, whether butter, chocolate or almond cream filled, you will not forget it.

We are looking for an experienced bakery manager to assist in business development and operations control. Specifically, we would like to develop a catering program and have a robust monthly inventory and costing program.

Duties will include:
Catering sales
Control monthly inventory and costing
Organize Staffing
Item by item profitability schedule
Develop front of house beverage program
Lead food program
Create monthly programs for specials and new items.
