As a Server, you are the face of our business, and ensure that the guest experience consistently meets (or exceeds!) expectations. Responsible for food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and aiming for every new customer becoming a regular, you embody and share our values: Be Real, Have Fun, Own It, and Grow With Us!
- Must comply with all aspects of the Blueprint Management Code of Conduct and establishment policies;
- Maintains good communication with Hosts, Expediters, Bartenders and management, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations;
- Advises guests of special items, accurately takes drink and food orders, delivers when ready
- Acts in quality control capacity for every item served, assesses customer satisfaction at critical service points (at service, immediately after, following meal)
- Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters
