Job Description

Farina a Legna, a wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta restaurant located just off Lonsdale in North Vancouver, is currently looking for a Pizza Cook/Line Cook to join our team! Weekend availability required.

You have:

  • 1+ year experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with hand-stretched pizza dough is a huge asset
  • Knife skills proficiency (cutting, dicing, julienning)
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking and maintaining high food standards
  • A positive attitude to bring to our close-knit team
  • An understanding of First In – First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work area

Farina a Legna is a casual, intimate Italian restaurant taking its menu inspiration from the wood oven, which is the heart of our kitchen. The menu is designed to be shared family-style, with a selection of antipasti, pasta, and, of course, pizza. We showcase seasonal ingredients from local farmers and purveyors, as well as specialty items from Italy.

Fun fact: Farina is flour and Legna is wood in Italian.
