Job Description

The Lobby Restaurant & Lounge at the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier is located in the Shipyards of North Vancouver waterfront.

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join the team in ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence, contributing to our mission of providing unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
• Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational demands.
• Foster a positive dining atmosphere by addressing guest feedback and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance overall guest experience through dining services.
• Focus on selling wines, beverages, add on to elevate the average check and guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in menu planning and food preparation is an asset.
