About Bridge Brewing Pemberton
Bridge Brewing is thrilled to announce the grand opening of our new brewery and lounge in the vibrant Pemberton area of North Vancouver. With a 136-person capacity, our venue will specialize in artisanal pizzas while offering a diverse menu of elevated pub fare, paired with our signature craft beers. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef with a focus on pizza craftsmanship to lead our kitchen and bring our culinary vision to life.
Responsibilities
Menu Development: Design and refine a dynamic menu featuring artisanal pizzas and complementary dishes, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee weekly inventory counts, manage food costs, and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets exceptional quality and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
Kitchen Management: Supervise opening, closing, and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Innovation: Introduce creative specials and menu updates to keep the dining experience fresh and exciting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Pizza Expertise: Proven experience crafting high-quality, artisanal pizzas with a deep understanding of dough, sauces, and innovative toppings.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team while maintaining exceptional customer service.
