About Lonsdale Bridgedeck
We have been a neighbourhood staple for 5 years in the mid Lonsdale area, people come to drink a few pints and have some snacks to go along with it, we have even been named favourite happy hour and a finalist for our decked out burger last year.
Responsibilities
Menu redevelopment: Refine a dynamic menu incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
Team Leadership: Train, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Operational Excellence: Oversee weekly inventory counts, manage food costs, and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets exceptional quality and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
Kitchen Management: Supervise opening, closing, and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
Innovation: Introduce creative specials and menu updates to keep the dining experience fresh and exciting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team while maintaining exceptional customer service.
