Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced cook specializing in Italian cuisine, particularly pizza and pasta, to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentic Italian cooking, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook traditional Neapolitan-style pizzas and handmade pasta dishes
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Assist in training junior kitchen staff when needed
Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a clean and organized workstation
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 years of experience ideally in an Italian kitchen (pizza and pasta experience)
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
