-Proven ability to build sale, meet quotas through strategies of networking and promotion
-2+ years of experience in a sales (preferably hotel, restaurant, or cater operation)
-Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet searches
-Working knowledge of Tock or Opentable an asset
-Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient knowledge of sales forecasting and financial reporting
-Strong food, wine, spirits knowledge
-Superior ability to provide customer service
-Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
-Generate new business relationships and able to network
-Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
