Job Description

Production Assistant  – Full-Time
North Point Brewing – North Vancouver

North Point Brewing is looking for a motivated and reliable Production Assistant to join our growing production team. This is a hands-on, full-time role supporting all aspects of brewery operations as we expand.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about craft beer and brewery production.

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time position
• Minimum of 80 hours per pay period- 2 weeks (negotiable depending on experience and availability)
• Schedule may evolve over the first few months as operations expand

Key Responsibilities

• Keg washing and sanitization
• Kegging and packaging beer
• Canning operations
• Brewing and brew day support
• Tank cleaning and cellar maintenance
• Labelling and warehouse organization
• Brewery deliveries 
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the brewery

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (kegs, grain bags, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation
• Reliable transportation for deliveries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for craft beer and brewing operations

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and availability.
