Role: Appointment Coordinator

Location: Hybrid/Remote (2 days a week in office)

About this exciting opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented call center or customer facing professional to join our amazing Appointment Contact Center team.

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Handle both inbound and proactively making outbound calls
  • Build relationships with clients by:
  • Uncovering their needs
  • Making professional recommendations
  • Overcoming objections
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Update and maintain the client database
  • Work in a KPI performance-driven environment of like-minded professionals who are here to make an impact and difference for those with hearing loss


What you bring:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales and customer service, call center or related capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Personable and a naturally friendly individual who can build trusted relationships, most often with a senior demographic
  • Comfortable operating in a goal-oriented and performance-based call center (previous experience is an asset)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to effectively perform in a dynamic and quickly changing environment
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including scheduling software, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, or other online sharing/collaboration platforms
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) including working from the office 2 days per week.
