We are seeking a Marketing leader to join our Go To Market team, to bring together demand generation (campaign planning, segment marketing, sales alignment) and marketing channels (email, webinars, events, paid media) with digital marketing (website, social media) and marketing operations (systems, analytics, reporting) across our global teams- North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
A people-first leader, this Senior Manager of Demand Generation will inspire their team to exceed targets in creative and innovative ways, keeping in pace with a competitive market and highly dynamic market. A problem-solver, our ideal candidate has a track record of executing various B2B and B2C demand generation and marketing operational strategies.
Essential Functions
What skills you will bring to the job:
Travel: Travel is an integral part of this role and will be based on needs and department and team requirements. 5-10% travel to be expected per year.
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be CAD$110,000 to $140,000, at the time of this posting.
Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions.
