We are searching for experienced RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Sales Brokers to join Scoop Insurance (a division of RATESDOTCA Group Ltd.)

Our top 10 Sales Brokers are earning an average of $100,000k per year.

What do you bring? (required qualifications)

• 2+ years of Insurance Sales experience
• RIBO licensed in good standing
• A results-oriented professional with high energy, a strong work ethic, and a drive for success
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• An unwavering commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and displayed expertise
• Must be organized, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills
• Great computer skills in navigating multiple screens and platforms with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience working in industry-standard quoting platforms and broker management systems

Key Accountabilities

Responsibilities of the Insurance Broker will include but not be limited to:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Provide advice and tailor quotes, ensuring you offer the most appropriate product and coverage
• Effectively position SCOOP Insurance Brokers Ltd. and our insurer partner's value proposition
• Perform front-line underwriting of property and casualty policies ensuring risks meet partner guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of current underwriting rules, product features, and other industry changes
• Deliver a high level of friendly, responsive, and professional service
• Work as part of a team in a queue to ensure service levels are met and maintained

What do we offer?

· $50K guaranteed income + Commission

· Monthly commission Range - $0-$60K+
