Job Description

Are you a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to inspire a team? Heart & Crown Irish Pubs, Aulde Dubliner, and Pour House are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead day-to-day operations while building an exceptional guest and employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine leadership—someone who can motivate teams, maintain high standards, and create the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing feedback
  • Oversee scheduling, labour management, inventory, and cash controls with accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with marketing teams on events, promotions, and community initiatives
  • Work closely with the operations team to uphold company standards and drive results
  • Resolve operational challenges with practical, guest-focused solutions
