• Medical administrative/executive assistant and medical secretary
• Health and medical administrative services, other
• Office management and supervision

Tasks

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff
• Co-ordinate administrative services
• Arrange for billing for services
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
