Experienced Cook – Brunch & Pub Style Restaurant

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $19-21 per hour + tips

We are a brand new high-quality, fast-paced brunch and pub style restaurant known for our creative menu, fresh ingredients, and lively atmosphere. Our team is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences, and we are looking for skilled cooks to join us in the kitchen. We will be opening in late September or early October so successful candidates can prepare for an energetic, entrepreneurial environment as we learn to meet our customers' needs.
About the Role:
As an Experienced Cook, you will be a key part of our culinary team. You’ll bring your skills, energy, and attention to detail to ensure every dish meets our high standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and wants to grow with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook brunch, lunch, and pub-style menu items to restaurant standards
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
Keep workstations organized and assist with prep and daily operations
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient, smooth service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant kitchen (brunch or pub style experience is an asset)
Valid Food Safe certification
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
