We are a brand new high-quality, fast-paced brunch and pub style restaurant that will be known for our creative menu, welcoming service, and lively atmosphere. We are building a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and great guest experiences. We will be opening in late September or early October so successful candidates can prepare for an energetic, entrepreneurial environment as we learn to meet our customers' needs.
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 1-2 years serving experience will be given preference.
We are also looking for opening/closing supervising servers with appropriate experience who will earn an additional wage.
Responsibilities:
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
Ensure guests’ needs are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
Follow all liquor service regulations and restaurant policies
Assist with side duties including restocking, setup, and closing tasks
Requirements:
Valid Serving It Right certification
Previous serving experience in a restaurant or pub setting
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work at consistent time/days of the week.
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
