Job Description

The Burrard Public House is hiring for the position of Kitchen Manager or Chef and Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, entrepreneurial spirit, passion for flavor, good interpersonal skills and a "fix it now" attitude.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Inventory Management
Quality and Consistency controls
Food Cost and Waste Management
Training and development
Daily Specials
Menu Development in coordination with the Executive Chef/General Manager
Experience in Banqueting a plus

Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role

Red Seal a plus


  • First Aid/CPR Lvl 1
  • Food Safe Level 1
  • Food Safe Level 2
