Hello Hospitality Professionals! We have recently opened the sister restaurant to the Water St. Cafe in Qualicum Beach and are looking for a great manager to join our growing team. We are an upscale casual restaurant that focuses on seafood with a hint of italian influence. We have an extensive wine and cocktail program as well as a large patio on the beach that will surely be the summer destination!

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years restaurant management experience in a similar role and is looking to grow. The shifts will be primarily dinner service and closing 3pm to 10pm but we require schedule flexibility as well. We are looking for a team member who is/has:

· Self motivated learner.
· Goal orientated.
· Positive attitude at all times.
· Organization skills.
· Set an example for a respectful, collaborative team while demonstrating appropriate working behaviors.
· Problem solving abilities and efficient conflict resolution.
· 2 -3 years of restaurant experience in a similar role with a mastery in working the floor/meeting new guests, a true host.
· Casual/Fine dining service experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Base salary between 40-55,000 depending on experience.
