Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and disciplined Line Cook / Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and eager to grow in a high-performance kitchen. You will be responsible for managing a specific station, maintaining prep standards, and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes during service.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and stock your assigned station with all necessary mise en place.

Execute dishes with precision and consistency according to the Executive Chef’s specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen overall.

Monitor food quality and freshness; report any issues to the Sous Chef.

Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP knowledge preferred).

Assist with prep, stock rotation, and labeling during slower hours or as directed.

Communicate clearly with front-of-house and other kitchen stations during service.

Participate in daily line checks and pre-service briefings.

Contribute to kitchen efficiency, morale, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications
2+ years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in upscale or steakhouse environments.

Culinary diploma or formal training is an asset.

Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques (grill, sauté, roast, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with consistency and focus.

Punctual, organized, and able to take direction and feedback constructively.

Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willing to obtain immediately).
