About Us:
House of Dawn is Richmond’s newest premium steakhouse, recently opened and already making waves with our dry-aged prime cuts and table side sizzling plates. We’re all about precision, presentation, and premium hospitality—and we’re looking for service pros who can match that energy.
The Role:
We’re hiring part-time Servers who are confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about great food and guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone with fine dining or upscale service experience who’s looking to join a high-quality team in a flexible capacity.
Responsibilities:
-Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming service.
-Guide guests through our steak and wine offerings, highlighting the dry-aging process and table side features.
-Maintain timing, cleanliness, and flow of service with consistency.
-Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth execution.
-Handle guest feedback with grace and quick problem-solving.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of serving experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
-Bartending experience is an asset
-Strong knowledge of steak temperatures, wine pairings, and table side etiquette.
-Positive attitude and professional appearance.
-Must have Serving It Right certification.
-Evening and weekend availability required.
