Job Description

Koi, located at River Rock Casino, is building a high-end Japanese restaurant opening soon – and we're building our core team!

Right on the banks of the Fraser River, Koi offers breathtaking views of Vancouver and the North Shore Mountains. Picture golden hour light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows — a peaceful, elegant setting by the water, designed for an elevated dining experience.

We are committed to delivering an authentic high-end Japanese dining experience at the highest Fine Dining standards. We source only the finest ingredients — premium seafood flown in fresh daily, A5-grade Japanese wagyu, and the best seasonal local produce. Every dish is crafted with precision and artistry, from our signature Aburi-style sushi to delicate sashimi and charcoal-grilled specialties

We are currently seeking to hire multiple spots for an Experienced Bartender 

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a fine-dining environment 
• Strong Bartending experience
• Serving It Right Certificate
• Knowledgeable about Wine, Sake, and Liquor
• Naturally, turn guests into your regulars; you keep them coming back for more 
• You continuously seek opportunities to grow and learn 
• Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit
