The Progressive Auto Group is an experienced, fast-growing dealership group with multiple major stores in Southwestern Ontario. We are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in the Sarnia area. We are looking for highly skilled individuals to join our highly skilled team. We are looking for cheerful, accountable, and self-motivated people. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that staff is complying with company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team

- Assume Sales Manager duties when required

- Acquiring vehicles

- Appraising vehicles

- Helping achieve sales quotas

- Continuously spot checking the quality of responses from the sales staff

- Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting

- Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales

- Assist in forecasting aggressive targets

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- College or University Degree an asset

- Proven track record with sales, customer service, and some management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Effective leadership qualities

- Proficient with Office, Outlook, Google Docs, and scheduling systems
