Bartender – Luxury Indian-Western Fusion Restaurant (Sherwood Park, AB)

We are launching a bold, upscale Indian-Western fusion restaurant in Sherwood Park—where elevated cuisine, refined design, and high-energy ambiance come together to create a truly unique dining experience.

We are currently seeking skilled, charismatic, and detail-oriented Bartenders to join our opening team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft, thrive in a vibrant atmosphere, and understand the art of delivering both exceptional drinks and unforgettable guest experiences.

As a Bartender, you will be a key part of the restaurant’s energy—crafting innovative cocktails, engaging with guests, and setting the tone for a premium nightlife-inspired dining environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and precision
• Create a memorable bar experience through engaging, professional guest interactions
• Develop a strong understanding of our fusion-inspired cocktail program and menu pairings
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar at all times
• Manage multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, and premium spirits
• A confident, polished presence with excellent communication skills
• Passion for hospitality, creativity, and guest experience
• Interest in incorporating Indian flavours, spices, and fusion elements into cocktails is a strong asset
• Ability to stay composed and efficient under pressure
