Server – Luxury Indian-Western Fusion Restaurant (Sherwood Park, AB)

We are excited to introduce a new, upscale Indian-Western fusion restaurant coming to Sherwood Park—where bold, authentic Indian flavours meet modern Western cuisine in a refined, high-energy dining atmosphere.

We are currently seeking polished, charismatic, and service-driven Servers to join our opening team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a premium dining concept designed to elevate the local culinary scene.

As a Server, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience—delivering not just service, but a curated, memorable dining journey defined by attention to detail, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional, attentive service in a fast-paced, upscale environment
• Confidently guide guests through a unique fusion menu, including cocktails and curated dishes
• Create memorable guest interactions through professionalism, personality, and product knowledge
• Ensure precision in order taking, timing, and presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a seamless flow of service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar team to uphold high service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred
• Strong communication skills and a confident, polished presence
• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and guest experience
• Interest or knowledge in Indian cuisine and fusion dining is a strong asset
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
