Job Description

Haveli Indian Bistro is a vibrant and growing restaurant brand known for authentic Indian flavors, exceptional service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude

Plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies

Foster a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Deep understanding of Indian cuisine is a strong asset

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid work authorization in Canada
