Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager, Data Operations


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, motivate, and support the data operations delivery team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
  • Responsible for the successful operation of the team and resolve any issues/concerns from stakeholders.
  • Responsible for overseeing technical solutions provided by Capgemini delivery team, should be capable of managing technical issues/triage based on the severity/criticality of the issue.
  • Accountable for SLA reporting, tracking and service quality plan, Management reporting, escalation and risk management.
  • Responsible for managing engagement metrics and financials of the data operations of the project.
  • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Partner with client operations team to improve ways of functioning.


Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience in Data and Analytics projects with minimum 3+ years of managing operations/managed Services teams.

Strong technical expertise in Azure cloud resources - Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Power BI, Excellent SQL skills and understanding of data warehouse tables/views.

Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and client service.

Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation
