Job Description

Role Overview:

The Account Manager position is a client partner and program leadership role demonstrating; mentorship, strategic direction, business acumen and vision for the assigned portfolio of businesses. They will effectively leverage their experience, knowledge, and skills to drive innovative thinking and set challenging team goals and objectives by balancing client, company, and team needs.

This position will have day-to-day relationships with senior leaders and serve as a key RHODDY contact for partner agency leads, as well as internal and industry responsibilities. In addition, the role acts as the steward and mentor for the full team, ensuring strong team unity and ways of working, optimizing talent utilization and growth among all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned client business providing superior customer service while seeking out new business opportunities and maximize integrated business opportunities with current clients
• Responsible for meeting all business KPI’s and the development of business plans
• Lead and manage all strategic channel planning activities associated with assigned account(s)
• Acts as a positive role model through demonstrating professionalism and integrity
• Mentor the team to maximize individuals’ growth, and harness the strengths and opportunities of each team member

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of direct Client Management experience in an agency setting
• Minimum 5+ years managing experiential programs from a management level
• University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field
• Previous integrated marketing experience; experiential, digital, social and PR
