Job Description & Summary

A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Global Production Editor Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the day-to-day production of content for PwC’s Global Thought Leadership team — working with editors, designers, web producers, and agencies to optimize text, data visualizations, and web templates for high editorial and visual effectiveness
  • Establishing and maintaining schedules and project milestones for multiple concurrent projects while ensuring the quality of the firm’s thought leadership, which includes major reports, articles, blog posts, digital bundles, infographics, podcasts, and newsletters
  • Building/managing relationships with colleagues and experts across the PwC network, acting as a partner in executing content, and confidently conducting difficult conversations to jointly reach productive outcomes
  • Balancing competing priorities championed by diverse stakeholder groups
  • Collaborating effectively within the Global Thought Leadership team and across the entire GMO while demonstrating flexibility when priorities change

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Previous experience in magazine, book, or Web editorial production
  • A degree (e.g., BA, BS) in English, journalism, communications, or the humanities
  • Demonstrating mastery of both verbal and visual material, people and project management skills
  • Experience copyediting and proofreading of English grammar
  • Displaying proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms, Microsoft Word, Excel, workflow management systems, such as Wrike or Asana, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and familiarity with content management systems
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
