Job Description & Summary

A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Our Brand Management team leads external brand strategy development and implementation across multiple business units, media, social and digital channels. As part of the team, you’ll be involved with driving marketing programmes, branding events, corporate leadership seminars, public relations and business marketing forums.

Meaningful work you’ll be a part of

As a Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Experience, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Will lead and participate in marketing strategy and plan development for our brand campaigns defining the PwC Canada narrative (CEO Survey, Trust Roadmap, Human-Led/Tech-Powered)

  • Responsible for the stewardship of the PwC Canada brand working closely with global to ensure the integrity of the brand in Canada 

  • Establishing themselves as a brand ambassador, acting as an educator and consultant to both the marketing teams and the practice  

  • Will work closely with our marketing teams to ensure integration and consistency of our messaging across portfolios.

  • Oversees naming of products and services, compliance training and testing 

  • Leadership over Brand, Editorial and Talent marketing teams

  • Disciplined planning and management of budget

  • Monitors media report(s) from the agency and discusses opportunities for optimization

  • Conducts QC of all campaign assets

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

  • Considerable relevant professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, thought leadership, media, digital marketing, communications, PR and B2B marketing

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

  • Working experience with managing a marketing budget and developing strategic marketing plans 

  • Experienced in a cross-functional, matrix team setting and demonstrated strong leadership skills, marketing and business acumen

  • Proven background in quantitative and analytical skills

  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and strong reporting skills

  • Demonstrated progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance

  • Excellent presentation and oral communication skills
