Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Senior Project Manager, Office Interiors at Workspace Solutions Inc. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing interior office build projects including all project activities, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role will involve both onsite work in Toronto, ON and remote work. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to execute projects and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or design for interior office builds.
• Strong understanding of permit and inspection processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality and accuracy
• Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the corporate real estate and workplace industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
