We are seeking a professional, high-caliber Bartender to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Engagement: Provide intuitive, personalized service to guests at the bar, including curated menu recommendations and food-and-wine pairing suggestions.
Bar Operations (Mise-en-place): Execute daily opening and closing duties, including the preparation of house-made syrups, infusions, garnishes, and premium ice management.
Inventory Control: Monitor bar inventory, assist with stock counts, and ensure all prep and supplies are organized to maintain a seamless service.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain an immaculate bar station at all times, adhering to strict food safety, sanitation, and organization protocols.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure efficient beverage service for the entire dining room.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-end restaurant or premium cocktail bar.
