Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Shift Supervisor, or similar leadership role
Experience in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or relevant industry (specify your industry)
Strong understanding of daily floor operations, customer service, and staff coordination
Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and resolve issues quickly
High school diploma or equivalent; additional management or industry-specific training is a plus
