Bar Karma is seeking motivated, social, and reliable individuals to join our team as Promoters. This role is centered on bringing guests to the venue through your own personal network and contributing to overall sales through bottle-service referrals. Promoters are expected to generate prepared guest lists in advance of each shift and to maintain strong relationships that encourage repeat attendance.
This is an on-site, performance-driven position ideal for individuals who are well-connected, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Promoters at Bar Karma play a key role in driving traffic, building consistent attendance, and helping create a strong guest experience from arrival onward.
Promoters who succeed in this role are organized, proactive, and able to consistently bring in guests using their own connections rather than general advertising. Strong communication skills and the ability to guide guests and support their experience on busy nights are essential.
Pay Structure:
Compensation varies by shift and may include commission, hourly pay, or a flat rate, depending on experience and performance.
