Kitchen Team Member – Prequel & Co. Apothecary.

From the creators of the award-winning cocktail bar BarChef, Prequel & Co. Apothecary is an immersive, Art Nouveau–inspired cocktail bar that transports guests to Paris circa 1890–1910. We are currently seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team.
As part of our culinary program, you’ll prepare elegant French-inspired dishes such as Escargot de Bourgogne, Steak Tartare, and Caviar Service, all crafted to pair with our cocktail experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
* Execute refined French-style dishes with precision and care
* Manage prep lists, par levels, and daily mise en place
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Operate kitchen equipment (stove, fryer, grill, etc.)
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and presentation
* Work collaboratively during 8–12 hour shifts
Job Requirements:
* Attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
* Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic understanding of kitchen operations (training available)
* Food Handler Certification is an asset, not required
