We are seeking a passionate, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a rare opportunity to work within a highly creative environment where cuisine and cocktails intersect, and where innovation, precision, and artistry define daily service.
Key Responsibilities
Execute mise en place with discipline, consistency, and attention to detail
Prepare and plate dishes during service in alignment with BarChef’s aesthetic and technical standards
Integrate house-made cocktail components — including bitters, infusions, syrups, and reductions — into culinary applications
Work confidently with modernist tools and techniques such as liquid nitrogen, dry ice, fluid gels, foams, airs, sherbets, and other textural elements
Contribute to menu development and participate in creative R&D initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workstation
Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Collaborate seamlessly with bar and front-of-house teams to ensure cohesive, fluid service
Perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or cocktail-driven venues preferred)
Strong foundational knife skills and familiarity with contemporary culinary techniques
Genuine interest in progressive cuisine and multisensory hospitality
Comfort working with experimental ingredients and molecular gastronomy tools
Reliable, punctual, and available for evenings and weekends
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute creatively
