Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Fast Food Attendant to join our team. Must have a valid Smart Serve and a Food Handler Certificate . As a Fast Food Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent time management skills, cash handling abilities, and a strong understanding of food service operations.

Availability: Weekends and Holidays are mandatory

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Strong cashiering skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
