Blue Bovine Steak + Sushi House is currently looking to hire an experienced manager who can oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Job Description & Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations of the restaurant
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Prepare cash floats and cash servers and bartenders out
Order and manage alcoholic beverages in the restaurant
Organize and supervise employees
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Complete other job-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications:
2+ years of restaurant managerial experience
Sommelier & Wine education is an asset
Strong customer service background and communication skills
Ability to train and delegate
Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights and holidays
Must be able to work legally in Canada
