Blue Bovine Steak + Sushi House located at 65 Front St. W. Toronto, is currently looking for experienced servers, applicants should expect a highly systematic and deliberately paced fine dining service, including table-side preparation and a deep focus on every detail of the guest experience. Working as a team with the dining room captains to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Assisting captain waiters in providing exceptional guest service
-Preparing specialty menu items tableside for guests
-Preparing tables for courses with proper mise en place
-Running and delivering food items to proper seat numbers and with drop lines (descriptors)
-Resetting and communicating with host team
-Preparation of coffee service items including lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
-Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Server experience—Fine dining experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal or written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge pertaining to food.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
- Must be smart serve certified
- Positive high energy individual
- Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
- Available to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to legally work in Canada
