Job Summary
We’re looking for a part-time crew member to join our mac & cheese shop. This role involves taking orders, assembling and baking dishes, packaging, and handing out orders — both in-store and through delivery platforms like UberEats and DoorDash.
You’ll need to be quick, reliable, and organized, especially during busy periods. The position blends customer service with hands-on food prep, so strong communication skills and a solid work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
• Take customer orders in person and through delivery apps
• Assemble, bake, and package mac & cheese dishes
• Hand off completed orders to customers and couriers
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
Requirements
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic customer service skills are a plus
• Food Handler Certificate preferred but not required
• Previous food or retail experience an asset
Schedule
• Flexible — student-friendly
• Minimum of 2 shifts per week
• Saturday availability required
• Evenings and weekends strongly preferred
