Chef Luciano Schipano is looking for an experienced, reliable Banquet Cook to join his team. The candidate should possess a passion for delivering amazing culinary experiences and strive to go above and beyond our client’s expectations. This is an on-call position so you’ll need to be available for last-minute calls (1 week notice) and events. The ideal candidate for the Banquet Cook role should possess excellent culinary skills, great organizational skills, and experience working in the catering and banquet industry. Responsibilities - Preparing and cooking all items/food needed for the banquet - Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to organize all events - Ensuring that the food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner - Working closely with the wait staff and other staff to ensure the success of the event - Setting up and breaking down equipment promptly Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banquets and catering industry • Culinary school certificate or diploma • Proven experience with Italian cuisine • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • A passion for creating great culinary experiences for clients If you are interested in this position and possess the necessary qualifications, please apply now!
