Our journey began when we opened our first location in Calgary in 2011, and since then we have grown into 9 locations across Canada. Who You Are
You are the first impression every guest has of CRAFT, and you take that seriously. You are warm, confident, and genuinely love making people feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. You stay organized under pressure, manage multiple priorities without losing your composure, and communicate clearly with everyone around you. You are a team player who brings positive energy to every shift.

What You Will Do
Greet every guest with warmth and intention, ensuring no one walks in without being acknowledged. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating with accuracy and efficiency. Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and managers to keep the floor running smoothly. Reset and maintain the host stand and dining room to CRAFT brand standards throughout your shift. Stay current on features, events, and location initiatives so you can speak confidently with guests. Remain attentive to guest details and special requests from the moment of arrival.
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience. A natural ability to connect with people and create a welcoming atmosphere. Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm and focused during a busy service.
