WHAT YOU WILL DO
Set up and stock your station with strong mise en place before serviceExecute dishes to spec with consistency, pace, and attention to detail.Work clean, stay organized, and maintain station standards throughout service.Follow recipes and plating standards, and communicate needs to the team.Support other stations when needed to keep service running smooth.Maintain food safety standards including temperature logs, labeling, and proper storageAssist with closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and prep for the next day
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
1 to 2 years line cook experience preferred in a high volume kitchen. Strong knife skills and the ability to work with urgency during peak periodsFood safety certification is an asset.
