WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prep ingredients to spec including knife work, portioning, labeling, and storage. Support stations with strong mise en place for service. Follow recipes, prep lists, and pars to keep the kitchen set up for success. Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization. Receive and store product using proper rotation and labeling. Work closely with the BOH team to support smooth service execution
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE
1 year kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, prep or line experience is an assetComfortable working on your feet in a fast paced environment and lifting moderate loads. Food safety certification is an asset. Legally eligible to work in Canada
