What You Will Do
Operate and maintain the dish pit with speed, organization, and consistency throughout service. Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment to standard. Support the kitchen team by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools and supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards including proper chemical handling and storage. Assist with taking out garbage, recycling, and general kitchen cleaning duties. Support closing duties including deep cleaning, floor care, and prep for the next day.
What You Have Done
Previous experience in a kitchen or high volume hospitality environment is an asset but not required. We will train the right person. Ability to work quickly and efficiently on your feet for an extended shift. Legally eligible to work in Canada.
