The Opportunity
CRAFT Beer Market Adelaide is one of our flagship locations. It is fast paced, guest driven, and powered by strong teams and high expectations. We are looking for a Front of House Manager who brings presence, empathy, and leadership to every service and understands that unforgettable guest experiences start with engaged people.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a lively downtown environment and wants to grow with a hospitality-first brand.

What You’ll Do
• Lead front of house service with a guest first mindset
• Set and maintain high hospitality standards across all shifts
• Be present on the floor during peak periods, supporting both guests and staff
• Hire, train, coach, and develop hospitality driven team members
• Build schedules and manage labour while protecting service quality
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance FOH culture
• Partner closely with culinary and leadership teams for seamless execution
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and ownership
• Drive consistency without sacrificing authenticity or personality
What You Bring
• Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
• Strong service background in a high-volume environment
• A passion for guest experience and team development
• Natural leadership presence and emotional intelligence
• Confidence leading busy services in a downtown setting
