Job Description

The Liberty Entertainment Group has partnered with world renowned Michelin Star Chef Daniele Corona of DaNico restaurant. We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen and are currently looking for a Demi Chef De Partie, experienced with contemporary and innovative Italian cuisine, to join our team. Successful candidates will have previous experience in gourmet Italian cooking, knowledge of top-quality Italian, Canadian and Japanese ingredients, sophisticated techniques, and are well versed in the art of food plating. Ideal candidates should be an expert at their particular station, while having a working knowledge of all stations in the kitchen.

As a Demi Chef De Partie, you are responsible for preparing and delivering world-class culinary experiences to our guests with genuine warmth and care. You operate with consistency and precision while utilizing prep and cooking methods for an efficient and distinct execution of our menu items. In this role, you will follow specifications and uphold the quality of products, while fostering a clean and safe environment. You are a master of your craft.

Requirements
• 3 years of culinary experience in Michelin Star restaurant
• A passion for culinary arts and creating world-class experiences.
• A desire to learn and grow through personal and career development.
• An entrepreneurial mindset. You see things form a new perspective.

Only candidates with experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant will be considered

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
• Cooking: 5 years (preferred)

Language:
• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
