FK/Frank's Kitchen is a fine dining Michelin recommended restaurant. We are independently owned and have been in operation since 2010. We are open Tuesdays to Saturdays and are looking for a full time talented and experienced Sous Chef to work in our high level artisanal kitchen. A minimum of 3 years fine dining experience is required, please do not apply without required experience as you will not be considered.
You will have 2 days off in a row, as we are closed Sundays and Mondays.
The rate of pay is $24 to $26 per hour based on experience and skill set. The tip out is an extra $3 to $4 an hour cash, paid biweekly. Therefore the hourly translates to $27 to $30 per hour.
